When South London chancer, Angus Schnable, inherits a historic Hollywood mansion from an American aunt he never knew he had, he soon realizes that to make ends meet, he’ll have to rent rooms to strangers He assembles a bedraggled group of broken middle-aged men and women looking  to make sense oftheir lives, and one  runaway girl who unites them with unexpected purpose. Young Joy Bellingham finds a family and emerges with a new perspective – that in life the good and the bad go together, so you can recognize something beautiful when you see it.
